How to Return

If the items in your order are damaged or you are not satisfied with the quality of your product, then you can let us know through our Contact Us page to arrange the return of your item. You may be able to exchange the item for a new item or may qualify for a refund.

How to Exchange

You can change the size and colours of your order by letting us know our Contact Us page. If you want to exchange it for a different item then you must return it and make a new purchase.

If you would like to return items from your order, you can let us know through our Contact Us page. We will then email you to find the best solution and payment methods to complete the refund. If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please let us know so we can investigate further.
